I am glad that you have decided to use your blog page.
I just wanted to tell you that I have always enjoyed reading
your blogs on the board and I do feel that your initial gut feeling was correct about blogging on the one you were so kind to join when asked to. I remember when you were very happy about your  website in creation and I remember you setting funds aside little by little while deciding on weather to choose one or the other...  I know that you were trying to be a friend to send some funding her way when you were able.
It is her loss to have helped herself to your hard earned money
as she takes the loss of your referrals for future web design work.

I am shocked that a provider in your own hometown would
steer you in the wrong direction and not say anything to her friend who stole your money. I am glad that someone in  that other board finally came to tell you what she was saying about you showing you proof while taking your money for a site you would never see , backstabbing you at the same time.
 
The provider that you contracted  and paid in full,

to create your site then gifted your site to another provider
when you paid in full is very miserable and possibly in
this business for all the wrong reasons. I am glad to know
you... even though its from the boards and your reviews.
