If I should be traveling per your request, please note that my traveling does not include airfare. Any traveling requests do require 50% deposit to cover my cost to get to you.

Should it arise that I have cost involved in preparing for our meeting and you have found that you must cancel , a cancellation charge
will be requested to repay me for any cost that I have spent for you.
